Ingredients:
- 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (onions, bell peppers, spinach, carrots, etc.)
- 1/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
- Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
- Water as needed
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
